About Me
Hi! My name is Bridget Cicchillo. Thank you for visiting my website! Here is a little about me. My love for photography started in high school and continued to grow until it turned into my passion. It always took a backseat, however, to other things in my life...college, finding a job that paid the bills, having my awesome children. Until 2020, I had been a stay-at-home mom for 8 years but now that both of my kids are school age, I finally had an opportunity to pursue my passion and I am so glad that I did. I LOVE meeting people, getting to know them, and photographing their most authentic selves. There is nothing more beautiful than genuine emotion and that is what I strive to capture during my sessions. I believe that candid moments make for the best photographs which is why my sessions are relaxed and fun and I aim to create an environment in which everyone can be themselves. I feel truly honored each time someone chooses me to spend time with them and their family and I pride myself in offering affordably priced sessions.
PHOTOS FOR A CAUSE 2023: In January, I held a fundraiser to raise money and collect items to donate to The Julian Center that benefits domestic abuse survivors. I raised $250 and dozens of items. In August, I did a Back to School photo fundraiser and raised $1,340 to donate to The Tucker Swain Book Vending Machine at Oak Trace Elementary School in Westfield. I donated multiple sessions valued at over $1,000 for more worthy silent auctions including BrightLane Learning and Savor Westfield. This fall, I offered the purchase of 5 additional images for $25 or the entire gallery for $50 - the money was used to purchase $775 in gift cards for families in need this holiday season! I also raised and donated $250 to the Kim Simons Future Educator Scholarship Fund.
PHOTOS FOR A CAUSE 2022: This year was another big year for fundraising. I donated multiple sessions for worthy silent auctions that benefitted School on Wheels and The Liam & Reece Kelly Foundation. I raised over $1,600 for the Kim Simons Future Educator Scholarship Fund and $360 for the Pets Healing Vets Program at the Humane Society for Hamilton County. I donated over $1,500 worth of sessions to the Oak Trace Elementary Winter Festival Fundraiser and Savor Westfield. If you know of a worthy cause, please contact me and we can discuss a possible photo fundraiser.
PHOTOS FOR A CAUSE 2021: I am HUGE into fundraising for amazing organizations and families and feel so fortunate to be able to use photography to do it! So far in 2021, b.photography has raised $1,800 for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, $1,575 for the Humane Society of Hamilton County, $800 for a local family with unexpected medical expenses, and $1,290 for Riley Pediatric Oncology/Hematology Patients along with donating Strong Girl/Tough Guy Sessions to 4 Patients. I will be offering more photo fundraisers throughout the year which provide people with professional photos at a great price while helping others!
PHOTOS FOR A CAUSE 2020: The year 2020 was such an amazing one for me professionally. I was able to start a business that I had been dreaming about my entire adult life. I met SO many amazing people (and animals) and I was able to use my talents to give back to my community. b.photography donated all proceeds from front porch sessions in April & May to Open Doors (in Westfield) and healthcare heroes at St. Vincent Carmel ER and ICU. b.photography also partnered with The Humane Society of Hamilton County and held several Pet Portrait Fundraisers that raised over $2,500 between September and December. My Milk & Cookies sessions enabled me to buy dozens of gifts for local children for the holidays. It has been an absolutely incredible experience being able to get to know all of you and to realize my dream.
